Nur Arissa Izzati binti Mohamad Roki
Arissa graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA. She subsequently chambered with Messrs Ganeson Gomathy Fadzlin M. Nava & Co., where she gained exposure to a wide range of general litigation matters, as well as conveyancing and general agreement drafting.
On 19 July 2024, Arissa was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Following her admission, Arissa served as an Officer with the Malaysian Bar for almost a year under the Practitioners Affairs Division and International Unit, where she was entrusted with the management of five legal committees – The Conveyancing Practice Committee, International Practice Committee, MyBar Ageing Rights Advisory Committee, Solicitors’ Remuneration Enforcement Committee, and Strategic Litigation Committee.
During her time with the Malaysian Bar, Arissa acted as the liaison between the Bar and various key government bodies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on legal and regulatory matters.
In August 2025, leveraging on the experience she gained from the Malaysian Bar, Arissa returned to practice and joined Khairuddin, Ngiam & Tan as a Legal Associate, with a primary focus on conveyancing and banking matters.
Outside of the legal world, Arissa finds balance in baking and running, two passions that reflect her belief in both creativity and discipline. Whether perfecting a recipe or preparing for a run, Arissa approaches each with the same focus and enthusiasm she brings to her legal practice.
