Legal Associate

Batrisyia Aiman is a Legal Associate in the firm’s litigation team. Originally from Ipoh, Perak, a city known for its rich heritage, limestone hills and long-standing reputation for resilience, she brings a grounded and diligent approach to legal practice.

She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA and thereafter chambered with Messrs Azhar Aziz & Associates, where she was actively involved in a wide range of general litigation matters.

During her pupillage, she was involved in various matters including injunction applications such as Mareva, Fortuna and Erinford injunctions, debt recovery, criminal breach of trust, tenancy disputes, energy supply (TNB matters) and enforcement proceedings. Throughout her pupillage, she regularly assisted in drafting pleadings, written submissions and correspondence, as well as preparing cause papers, court bundles and records of appeal.

On 26 September 2025, Batrisyia was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Building on her pupillage experience, Batrisyia joined KNT as a Legal Associate on 1 January 2026 to continue and further develop her practice in general litigation and banking litigation.

Outside of her legal practice, Batrisyia enjoys watching documentaries, ranging from true crime to explorations of street food cultures around the world, reflecting her curiosity and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
