Khushwant Dhanoa is a distinguished legal professional, holding an LLB (Hons.) degree from the University of London and being called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997. With over two decades of legal experience, he began his career at Messrs. Norendra & Yap, gaining extensive expertise in civil litigation, corporate criminal matters, and banking law.

In 2000, Khushwant joined Malayan Banking Berhad as a Legal Counsel, where he provided litigation advice, drafted legal documents, and contributed to the development of Multi-Currency Trade Finance Facilities.

In 2005, he assumed the role of Managing Partner of Messrs. Khairuddin, Ngiam & Tan, leading the firm through significant growth. His areas of expertise include facility documentation, vessel financing, and cross-border transactions. He also holds an Associate Qualification in Islamic Finance from the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM).

Having left an impressive legacy after 17 years of leadership, Khushwant now serves as an Executive Partner at KNT, heading the Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Departments, and providing invaluable expertise to the firm.
