Kevin De Rozario is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation, and co-heads the Litigation Department at KNT alongside Yap Boon Jhoe, the firm’s Managing Partner.

Kevin holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. He began his legal career at Messrs Vignes Raju & Partners, where he rose to become a Partner in 2001.

Since joining KNT in 2006, Kevin has led the litigation department with a particular focus on industrial relations matters, covering termination of employment and constructive dismissal. He has authored numerous law-related articles, published by Current Law Journal and local newspapers, and has contributed to Halsbury’s Laws of Malaysia on Legal Profession. He has also authored a book known as “A Guide on Strata Management” in 2017.

Kevin serves as an active member of the Bar Council’s task force on IPCMC and Police Accountability and also examines Evidence for the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) under the Legal Profession Qualifying Board (LPQB).
