Senior Partner

Kevin De Rozario is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, and co-heads the Litigation Department at KNT alongside Yap Boon Jhoe, the firm’s Managing Partner.

Kevin holds an LL.B (Hons.) degree from the University of London and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. He began his legal career at Messrs Vignes Raju & Partners, where he rose to become a Partner in 2001.

Since joining KNT in 2006, Kevin has led the litigation department with a particular focus on industrial relations, banking, commercial, contractual and sports matters. He has authored numerous law-related articles, published by Current Law Journal and local newspapers, and has contributed to Halsbury’s Laws of Malaysia on the Legal Profession. He has also authored a book known as “A Guide on Strata Management” in 2017.

He has served as a mooting judge in numerous prestigious competitions, including the 19th LAWASIA International Moot Competition and the BAC NOVAL Moot Competition 2024. Through these roles, Kevin actively gives back to the legal field by mentoring and inspiring students, helping to nurture the next generation of legal professionals. 

Currently, Kevin is the Vice President of the Catholic Lawyers Society Kuala Lumpur and examines Evidence for the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) under the Legal Profession Qualifying Board (LPQB).
