Legal Associate

Tanman Kaur Sangha is an associate in the firm’s litigation team. Born and raised in Miri, Sarawak, her passion for advocacy was evident from a young age. She was actively involved in debate competitions throughout her schooling years, with a defining moment being the opportunity to debate at Yale University.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Multimedia University in 2023 and thereafter completed her pupillage with KNT under the tutelage of the firm’s Head of Litigation, Kevin De Rozario. Recognising her aptitude for litigation, she was retained as an associate in 2025 and her practice now covers a broad spectrum of disputes, including contractual disputes, tenancy matters, probate and administration, employment law, criminal litigation, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.

Moving away from home to pursue her legal career, Tanman embraces the challenges of practice with determination and an eagerness to grow into a formidable litigator. 

Beyond her legal training, she holds an AFS Global Competence Certificate from AFS Intercultural Programs, an experience that sharpened her ability to navigate diverse perspectives and communicate effectively—skills that now serve her well in negotiations, client advocacy and dispute resolution.
